Domain Name - if you don't already have one; example .co.uk from £8/yr or .com from £30/yr
Hosting from £70/yr dependent upon package required
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) £50 - one off fee
Logo design from £50 dependent upon complexity - one off fee

Option 1. Four page website + .co.uk domain name + hosting - outlay £358
Option 2. As above + logo design or SEO - outlay £408
Option 3. As above but with logo design & SEO - outlay £458
